Respect is an important thing, which is why your locals, 1770,1775,1145 & 3260 have all decided to ensure we get that respect.
The education local campaign (slogan TBD), led by CUPE Locals 3260, 1770, 1145 and 1775, highlights the essential role CUPE members play in keeping Island schools safe, clean, and welcoming for students. The campaign aims to increase public awareness of the work our members do every day and strengthen community support for CUPE education workers. It will also demonstrate unity across all CUPE education classifications and educate the public about our locals and the value we bring to the education system.
Please check your personal email account for a message from your area rep. The email includes a link to fill out a brief questionnaire, you will be voting on a slogan and entering your information for a T-Shirt. This is due by Tuesday, May 19th at the end of the day.
